Maintenance notes

• Rotate batteries so they age evenly; label them.
• Store around half charge for long gaps; recharge the set before every shoot.

Buying considerations

• Two spares is the working minimum; double that for cold or timelapse work.
• Cheap no-name cells report wrong charge levels and swell — stay OEM or established third-party.
